Refund policy

All Defure Furniture products are hand-made and custom made. Customized furniture purchases are final and non-refundable due to the unique nature of these items.


By processing payment you hearby confirm acceptance of below terms and conditions:

Delivery location: We offer free delivery & installation service within the city of Dubai. For customers in other Emirates, we offer following competitive rates: In Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, and Ajman the charge is AED 450 per truck or AED 350 for small deliveries. For customers in Sharjah, or those on the border of different Emirates or remote points, please contact your salesperson for more specific pricing information.

Delivery Access: Client shall provide building gate pass & a clear route.

Pricing includes delivery to site and installation. Once materials are dispatched from the factory and delivered to site, any further modifications or changes of fabric, foam, shape, etc will be done as variation order at additional fee.

Unpacking, assembly and positioning of items is done on the delivery day. If you request delivery team to come back, there is an additional assembly charge of AED 120 per furniture item will apply in location is in Dubai, UAE. For customers in Sharjah, or those on the border of different Emirates or remote points, please contact your salesperson for more specific pricing information. Electrical connection of the sockets and LED lights our assemblers do not carry out.


Warranty: We offer our customers a 2-year structural warranty on all our upholstered furniture against manufacturing defects. Please note that normal wear and tear is not covered under this warranty. Marble, glass, mirrors and any fluted wood painted items are not included in this warranty. Likewise, fabric used for upholstery is also excluded from the coverage of this warranty. There is no guarantee against fabric pilling or crushing over time for the fabric chosen by client.

Stock availability: Due to the bespoke nature and wide choice of fabrics and furniture items we dont hold stock. All ordered items are not available in stock and require 3-4 weeks production lead time

We do not provide International shipping outside UAE. If you would like to place an order for shipping outside UAE we can provide packaging and assembly instruction at additional cost of 10% of order value. For this please contact us through telephone number or email.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges

Within first 2 days of purchase you can raise and exchange. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
If more than 2 business days pass since purchaise is done no refund or exchange can be issued. 

If you placed your order and would like to cancel it within 2 business days you need to contact us through both email info@defureuae.com and telephone number +971 52 657 6857 providing proof of purchaise, so we can approve your refund.
Customized furniture purchases are final and non-refundable due to the unique nature of these items. As per Federal Consumer Protection Law No. 24 of 2006 by the UAE Ministry of Economy only substandard furniture items can be repaired or partially refunded.
